Wallace, 82, died after a sudden illness, according to a press release issued by the funeral home.
The funeral home has serviced thousands of families over the last 25 years.
A public viewing will be held Friday at the funeral home, located at 2020 W. Roosevelt Road in Broadview, Illinois, between 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wallace is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Gladys E. Wallace.
