Among the most requested 311 service calls are graffiti, potholes and burned out street lights.
The call center receives about 2 million service calls a year. Nearly 40 percent of those calls are duplicates or residents calling to check on the status of a request.
City officials say by allowing people to check service requests online, the city can reduce repeat calls.
