Family sues Chicago hotel after Legionnaire's death

Luis Enrique Acevedo Muro was one of three people who died after being exposed to the bacteria at the J-W Marriott Chicago Hotel on West Adams.

Authorities later identified the main fountain in the hotel lobby as the source of the contamination.
