Investigators say Dana Martin, a convicted killer currently in prison, enlisted two hitmen to strangle Justin Bieber and three other people.
Martin was reportedly obsessed with the pop star, even sporting a tattoo of Bieber on his leg.
Investigators say Martin had written to the singer several times but never got a response and that made him mad.
