Workers at the TCF bank branch in the Jewel store in the 9400-block of South Ashland recognized the woman as she stood in line since she matched the description of the woman who robbed the bank last month.
A worker hit the bank's silent holdup alarm and police arrived in time to arrest the woman. She was taken into custody.
The FBI is investigating.
