Police-involved shooting in Roseland neighborhood at 113th and Normal

Chicago police were involved in a shootout overnight in the Roseland neighborhood. No suspect was taken into custody.

The gunfire happened around 1 a.m. Thursday after police responded to a report of a man with a gun at 113th and Normal. Police say the offenders fired at officers, who returned fire.

No injuries were reported.

It's the fourth time since early Sunday that police have been involved in shootings.
