Central and Southern Illinois Bank customers' debit cards targeted by phone scam

If you get an automated phone call saying your debit card account has been breached - it's a scam.

Central and Southern Illinois Bank customers have been targeted.

The call asked them to entering their card's 16-digit card number and other information that will allow the thief to take money out of the account.

Banks do not use an automated system to ask for this type of information.
