This is the second trip for the Yorkville-based organization "Women In Need".
But as soon as they got back from delivering more than five tons of donations a second wave of tornadoes struck the area.
So the group began collecting again and this time they will head down with several 26-foot trailers loaded with everything from peanut butter to first aid supplies.
"It's redeeming for all of us because we all felt that people weren't helping, it didn't seem that there was enough help going there," said Christina Diamond. "And the people we've met literally that's all they do. There's no agenda here. This is people who care about other people."
Diamond is already planning a third trip so she can help rebuild homes.
