The female driver tells police the man exposed himself early Wednesday while both were standing outside the bus turn-around at Archer and Neva Avenues on the Southwest Side.
Once on the bus the driver says he made inappropriate contact with her while she was driving.
Gabriel Hayes, 33, is charged with aggravated battery and criminal sexual abuse.
