The Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 rated higher than Apple's iPhone 5 in the American Customer Satisfaction Index. Apple customers said they didn't see much of a difference between the iPhone 4, 4s, or iPhone 5.
Still, Apple did rate higher in overall satisfaction among customers surveyed.
