Gregory Froggs reportedly grabbed the purse from a woman waiting for an elevator at 300 N. Michigan on Tuesday.
The two men, one from Canada, another working at the building saw it happen and chased after Froggs.
The chase ended on Lower Wacker Drive when the Canadian man tackled Froggs and the two men dragged him back to the building where it happened .
The woman was not hurt. Her purse was returned with everything inside.
