Jackson pleaded guilty to using campaign funds for personal expenses. His sentencing is scheduled for August 14th. In a court filing Thursday, prosecutors and the defense also asked the judge to delay a ruling on an earlier request by the government that would allow the seizure of Jackson's home and a bank account.
