Spicy BBQ

August 9, 2013 Spicy Brussels Sprouts:

-Cut Brussel sprout stems off and then cut in half.

-Place in bowl and sprinkle pickled jalapeños.

-Flash fry in peanut oil for 25 seconds.

-Take out put in bowl and shake spicy rub Q-Blend rub (1 c brown sugar, 2 T pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 T paprika) liberally.

Spicy Sausage Sandwich:

-Butterfly spicy sausage and place on grill.

-Prepare your favorite coleslaw and to make spicy add 2 table spoons of siracha sauce. Mix thoroughly.

-Place sausage on brioche bun add spicy slaw and 3 pickles.
