Judge denies motion to keep Trumbull Elementary School open

The lawsuit aimed to stop Chicago Public Schools from closing Trumbull. The parents and students had claimed the closing would discriminate against students with special needs.

Trumbull is one of dozens of schools that CPS decided to close.
