Recipe for Coconut Granita
Ingredients:

30 oz (2 cans) cream of coconut
4 1/2 cups whole milk
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour mixture into a 9 x 9 glass baking pan and place in freezer. It will take a good 12 hours for it to freeze. Several times as it is freezing, stir it well with a fork.
