Prosecutors say 73-year-old Walter Unbehaun was so unhappy living a life outside of prison that he held up a BMO Harris Bank in the 7000 block of West Dempster back on February 9th.
Prosecutors say he robbed the bank with the intention of getting caught.
Unbehaun spent most of his adult life behind bars and told FBI agents he wanted to return to prison life.
