Wasim Rashan has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against those officers.
His lawyers say the officers illegally searched his anal cavity looking for drugs last May. They say it's a hate crime because Rashan is of Iraqi-American descent.
Rashan says the cavity search happened at Area Central headquarters at 51st and Wentworth.
The police department tells ABC7 Eyewitness News Friday night that those officers remain on full-duty.
