A former Indiana Pizza Hut manager claims he lost his job after refusing to open the restaurant he managed on Thanksgiving Day.

Tony Rohr says he was told it would be mandatory to open his Elkhart, Indiana Pizza Hut this year.

He told his bosses he wouldn't comply and that's when the cook-turned-manager was let go.

Traditionally, thanksgiving and Christmas are the only two days out of the entire year Pizza Hut is closed.

Rohr says he stood up for his employees.
