That's what some people chose to do Thursday morning near Chicago's lakefront.
Hundreds of runners participated the annual 5K Turkey Day Run in the city's Lincoln Park neighborhood.
The race started near Fullerton and Cannon Drive.
Organizers also collected food to donate to the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
