Authorities say 26-year-old Yamica Horton was driving her vehicle in the South Side Auburn Gresham neighborhood when she hit the uniformed officer.
The officer was crossing South Ashland at West 79th at around 8:30 p.m.
The officer did not have to go to the hospital.
