Tilting tourist attraction may come to John Hancock Center

One of Chicago's most popular and profitable attractions may get some competition.

"The Ledge" at the Willis Tower attracts thousands of people who like the thrill of being in a glass box high over Chicago, looking down at the ground below.

Now the company that owns the observatory in the Hancock Building on Michigan Avenue may build a similar glass box, but this one would tilt towards the ground once people were inside.
