Multiple injuries in Englewood chase, crash

Charges are pending Friday morning after two cars involved in a chase crashed into an innocent driver and other vehicles at 69th and Halsted.

A 23-year-old woman and her boyfriend were having an argument when during the dispute, the woman and two other females took off in a Chevrolet van. The boyfriend followed in another vehicle.

The woman then drove through a red light at the intersection of 69th and Halsted and hit a Ford Fusion and then two other parked cars.

All three women were all ejected from the van.

The 23-year-old woman and the two other female passengers are in serious but stable condition at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn.

The driver of the Ford car, a 52-year-old man, is in stable condition and being treated at St. Bernard Hospital.
