A wreath-laying ceremony in downtown Chicago celebrates 150 years of friendship between Illinois and Mexico.

Governor Pat Quinn and Gov. Eruviel Avila of the State of Mexico laid a wreath at the statue of Benito Juarez Tuesday.

Juarez is considered one the greatest presidents of Mexico.
