United Airlines announced plans to expand its gluten-free food options for passengers beginning March 1.

The Chicago-based air carrier will switch to gluten-free salad dressings on all premium cabin menu flights in North America and Central America. These flights already offer gluten-free soup.

Gluten-free options will also be added to United's Choice Menu Snack Shop.
