There was a sign of spring Tuesday as the first Wendella tour boat arrived at its dock next to Michigan Avenue.The "Lila" spouted water from its fire pumps to celebrate the arrival.
The Wendella boats postponed their arrival because the boats were locked into their winter home by ice.
