Brittany Wawrzyniak's parents demand answers about Worth teen's death

April 1, 2014 (WORTH, Ill.)

Police in Worth say 18-year-old Brittany Wawrzyniak was thrown from a car last November after a drug deal gone bad.

Her parents say no drugs were found on her as police said. They led a group that marched to the village board meeting.

"There won't be no closure until the crime is solved and the police are dealt with in the manner they should be," said Patrick Wawrzyniak, father.

The mayor of Worth wouldn't answer questions citing the ongoing investigation. One man faces drug charges in the case.
