The John G. Shedd Aquarium's camera-shy female penguin chick now has a name.

The Shedd Aquarium announced Tuesday that the chick's name is Ruggles, which was chosen by aquarium members.

From April 5-11, members had the chance to vote on a list of names provided by the penguin's team, all of which reflected geographic natural habitats of rockhopper penguins. Ruggles refers to Ruggles Bay and Ruggles Island in the Falklands in the southern Atlantic Ocean.

Ruggles hatched at the Shedd Aquarium in June 2013, and its gender was announced on March 24 after genetic testing.
