Aaron Neal charged in Dan Ryan - Skyway crash that killed Deante Dillion

Deante Dillion, 22, was killed in the crash that closed the Dan Ryan for several hours early Saturday morning. He was pronounced dead at Stroger hospital at 4:45 a.m.

Neal is charged with aggravated DUI causing a death. Prosecutors said Neal's car crashed into a divider between the Chicago Skyway and Dan Ryan Expressway as they attempted to merge onto the Ryan, according to published reports.

Dillion was a passenger in Neal's car. Neal and two other passengers were injured, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Neal had a blood-alcohol limit three times the legal limit, according to the Chicago Tribune. Prosecutors said he admitted to drinking before the crash and police found open liquor containers on the floor of the car.

Neal is being held on $200,000 bond.
