Flu season gaining strength in suburban Cook Co.

Flu season is here and it's gaining strength in suburban Cook County.

The County Health Department has seen a 32 percent increase in the number of people seeking care for influenza in the last week.

Symptoms of influenza include fever, cough, sore throat, headache, muscle aches and fatigue.
