Ji What a Find: Pork and Mindy's in Bucktown

CHICAGO -- It's a Bucktown spot putting the "p" in pork! Pork and Mindy's is the creation of Chicagoan and Food Network star, Jeff Mauro.

The restaurant specializes in slow cooked meats. Signature sandwiches include the pig candy BLT. It's made with brown sugar-coated bacon on a buttered, griddled, brioche bun.

You can also get tots loaded with meat and cheese, a sweet potato salad and a cannoli shake.
