CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two Chicago police officers who witnessed the fatal shooting of Laquan McDonald have been taken off the streets 14 months later

One of the officers, Joseph Walsh, is the partner of Jason Van Dyke who is charged with McDonald's murder.

The other is Detective David March. Both gave accounts of the 2014 shooting that were different from what is seen on the dash cam video made public last year.
