CHICAGO (WLS) -- At least 18 people have been shot, two fatally, in gun violence across Chicago so far this weekend, police said.

ABC7 is tracking the shootings across Chicago from Friday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Shooting victim arrives to Mount Sinai hospital, police say

A shooting victim arrived to Mount Sinai hospital on Sunday, Chicago police said.

A 32-year-old man arrived to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the body.

He was listed in critical condition.

CPD did not specify the exact time the man arrived to the hospital.

Police said they are also investigating the location of the shooting.

Woman critically hurt in Lincoln Park shooting, police say

A woman was critically hurt in a shooting outside a Lincoln Park bar early Sunday, Chicago police said.

The shooting happened at about 3:59 a.m. in the 600-block of W. Belden Avenue, police said.

A 39-year-old woman was outside when shots were fired, police said.

She self-transported to Northwestern Memorial hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

She was listed in critical condition.

No other injuries were reported.

18-year-old found shot to death in Chatham, Chicago police say

Chicago police said an 18-year-old was found shot to death early Sunday in the Chatham neighborhood.

Chicago police said the man was found in the 7700-block of South Rhodes on Sunday at about 1:34 a.m.

The man was found at about 1:34 a.m. in the 7700-block of South Rhodes on Sunday, police said.

CPD said he died of a a gunshot wound in the head.

Police are conducting a homicide investigation.

Nobody is in custody.

Man shot on Chicago's Northwest Side, police say

A man was shot while in a car in the Belmont Central neighborhood Saturday night, Chicago police said.

The shooting happened at about 11:23 p.m. in the 2100 block of N. Central Avenue, police said.

A 21-year-old man was traveling in a car when an unknown man ran up and started shooting at the car.

CPD said the victim was shot in the back.

He was being treated at Community First Medical Center; police said he was expected to be OK.
