CHICAGO (WLS) -- Mayor Emanuel calls it the "final piece of the manufacturing puzzle." It's a business incubator called mHUB. So what does that mean?
It's a place where people with a product, a physical item they want to make, can get the help they need to develop that item and get it to market.
mHub will provide them with access to state-of-the-art facilities such as 3D printers and an electronics lab.
The goal is to eventually bring industry experts, mentors and universities under one roof.
The end result - innovation, new products and jobs. Bill Fienup is the managing director of mHUB and joins us for Newsviews.
