Charges could be dropped for man seen punching passenger on plane

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man accused of punching a fellow passenger at O'Hare Airport has a chance to avoid prosecution.

ABC7 obtained exclusive video of the incident earlier this month. Adam Kealing was being removed from a United Airlines flight because he refused to turn off his phone. He stops and is seen punching another person.

Kealing has agreed to attend a program and do community service.

Prosecutors say that if he completes that program, they may drop the charges.
