Rev. Jesse Jackson talks about plan to end Chicago gun violence

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The causes of gun violence continue to be a nationwide debate, but here in Chicago, the city has seen over 3,300 people killed by guns in the last seven years.

The violence is also costing the city more than $1 billion in healthcare costs.

Joining us this morning to talk about his plan for peace is Rev. Jesse Jackson.
