CHICAGO (WLS) -- When Kim Foxx was sworn in as Cook County state's attorney, she made history, becoming the first African-American woman to hold that office.
She promised to bring change and transparency and while Foxx represents all of Cook County, a big part of her job will be dealing with the violence here in Chicago. She is our guest for Newsviews.
