CHICAGO (WLS) -- Baby goats were the victims in an apparent prank last Thursday at the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences in the city's Mount Greenwood neighborhood.
The school's principal said the vandals forced their way into the animal science wing. The baby goats were found covered in eggs and a mother goat was found with a rope around her neck.
Nothing was stolen and there was no damage, but the students who help raise the animals made the disturbing discovery.
"They're as confused as anyone else as to why you would want to throw eggs at baby goats," Asst. Principal Sheila Fowler said.
The baby goats are only about a month old. None of the animals were injured and no one has been arrested in the case.
