Mayor Emanuel talks 'Late Show,' latkes and Chicago issues

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel visited WCL on Tuesday, following a Monday night appearance on Stephen Colbert's "Late Show."

While on the late-night show, Emanuel called Chicago a "Trump-free Zone."
