2 police officers shot in Bronx

NEW YORK -- Two New York City police officers were shot in the Fordham section of the Bronx Monday night, WABC reports.

The shooting happened at the intersection of E. 184th Street and Tiebout Avenue.

Officials say one officer was shot in the arm and the other was shot in the back.

The officers were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital in unknown condition.

Police are still searching for the suspect.
