Support local artists at SOAR Market

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The holiday season is right around the corner, and it's never too early to start shopping. With that in mind, the Streeterville Organization of Active Residents is hosting an artisan market on November 12-13, 2016.

Shoppers can buy from more than 60 local artists in the lobby of the Feinberg School of Medicine. The artisan market will feature jewelry, clothing, home décor, photography, mixed media and much more. The market is free to attend. A percentage of the sales goes to SOAR for their many community projects. Producer of the SOAR Artisan Market, Amy Amdur, and Founder of Musick Luxury Handbags & Accessories, Meg Musick-Makely, visited the ABC 7 State Street Studios to give a preview of this year's market.
