De La Salle Institute hosts 12th annual benefit gala

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Promoting "Great Futures," De La Salle Institute hosted its 12th annual gala benefitting the school's students on Thursday.

ABC7's Stacey Baca emceed the event, which raises money to help pay student tuition.

The gala included a salute to Sister Rosemary Connelly, who works with Misericordia. She has helped people with special needs for 50 years.
