Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicken Soup

Recipe for 2 servings

12 oz. Chicken Broth
2 oz. Butter Noodles
2 Matzo Balls
4 Beef Kreplach
1 oz carrot coins, cooked and cooled
1 oz diced celery
1 oz green onions diced
4 oz chicken, cooked and diced

1. Bring Broth to a simmer
2. Place all ingredients in broth and heat through
3. Season with Salt and Pepper and serve in a large bowl
4. Lahvosh and French Bread on the side
