A judge set a $1 million bond for a Burbank man accused of causing a deadly crash while driving drunk on the Stevenson Expressway. It happened last week near Madison Street in Burr Ridge. Robert Pas is charged with aggravated driving under the influence resulting in the death of another. Police say he rear-ended a van forcing the driver into a ditch.

The passenger in that van, Dawn Voss-Alshwayit, was killed. Her husband, who was the driver, was hospitalized.

Prosecutors say Pas was driving with a blood-alcohol level more than four times the legal limit.
