Diane S. says she is not allowed to go to anyone's house without bringing these cookies. "They're so great because they're a like a brownie in the form of a cookie. The convection oven makes them slightly crispy on the outside and moist and melty inside. Best of all, they're sort of guilt free because they're made with so little oil and egg whites," she said.

1 12 ounce pkg choc chips, divided
1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
