Ind. governor to be sworn in for second term

Gov. Mitch Daniels is to be sworn in for a second term during a small ceremony at the state House in Indianapolis. Daniels is expected to give a brief inauguration speech in which he will outline his long-term vision for the state.

While dealing with a high unemployment rate, Daniels says Indiana is in better financial shape than many of its peers. The state has more than $1 million in its main checking account and reserves.

Daniels will deliver his state of the state address on Tuesday.
