Police say a Chicago man charged in a deadly DUI crash over the weekend was driving with a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.Police say they tried to pull Juan Cayetano over for speeding on Sunday near 43rd and Western, but he took off and a chase followed.
Cayetano reportedly ran a red light at 43rd and hit a Lexus -- which was pushed into another vehicle.
Calvin Hatten of Chicago Heights was killed. Six others were hurt.
Cayetano is still hospitalized. When he's released, he'll be jailed on $300,000 bond.
