Police are searching for the shooter.
Police responded to a call of shots fired in the 800 block of Gillette Avenue about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said the child suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder, while the man was shot in the arm.
Police say the shots were fired by someone from across the street. The suspect, dressed in dark clothing, was on foot and fled the scene after the shooting.
