Police say Rimmer was arrested Saturday for trespassing at the Evergreen Terrace housing project.
When police arrested him, they say he took out a baggie and tried to swallow it. Police say as they tried to stop him, here was a struggle.
When officers recovered the baggie, they say it contained more than 2 grams of cocaine.
Rimmer reportedly admitted to consuming other drugs as well.
