A suburban school executive facing eviction Monday from the office where he works is moving out. Attorneys say suburban Cook County Regional Supt. Charles Flowers is nearly $10,000 behind in rent. His office leases the space from Westchester School District 92.5.

Flowers says he is unable to pay the back rent until the state releases money his office has coming to it.

Flowers is also being sued by the state's attorney for allegedly failing to repay a $190,000 loan.
