Recipe:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray PAM® on bottom of casserole dish or otherwise grease dish
Empty contents of Bruce Foods® Sweet Potato Casserole into mixing bowl, mash into bowl
Crack the eggs into center of mix, beat slightly
Add the evaporated milk, vanilla and butter
Beat mixture thoroughly
Pour into casserole dish
Empty contents of topping back and forth across top of mixture until covered
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
If marshmallow topping is desired, place marshmallows on top of mixture for the last 10 minutes of baking.
